You may take a period of up to 12 weeks during a rolling 12-month period for maternity leave, family leave or any other qualifying medical event, as defined by the Family and Medical Leave Act. You may take a period of up to 26 weeks during a rolling 12-month period for certain qualifying military-related events, as defined by the Family and Medical Leave Act.
Personal sick days: SunTrust offers five paid sick days each year for incidental absences due to maternity leave, personal illness or injury. Additionally, we provide up to 10 paid days of family leave to care for a sick family member, as well as bereavement leave following the loss of a family member.
