It is important to report phishing or any suspicious, unauthorized or fraudulent activity on your SunTrust accounts in a timely manner. Please refer to the table below to determine how to report fraud to a SunTrust Fraud Specialist.
If you believe that your information has gotten into the wrong hands, it’s also a good idea to notify all three credit bureaus—Equifax, Experian and TransUnion. When you alert them to a possible fraud they can flag your files so that new accounts cannot be open in your name without your explicit permission.
