2. Use your phone to scan the QR code below.

Note: Use your same Online Banking User ID and Password to access account information.

With SunTrust Mobile Web you can:

  • Check balances, with or without signing on
  • View and search transaction history
  • Transfers funds
  • Pay bills

With Quick Balance View, you can check your balance without signing on. Set up is simple and using Quick Balance View is just a tap on the Sign On screen.

To enable Quick Balance View:

  1. Check the “Remember My User ID” box on the Sign On screen and sign on.
  2. From your Home screen go to the Profile and Settings page.
  3. Tap on Quick Balance View.
  4. Check the box to enable Quick Balance View.

Your Sign On screen will have a small chevron at the top. Tap it to show your balances.
