Yes. All information presented can be printed, saved or exported to a spreadsheet.

How current is the information in SunTrust PortfolioView?

Generally, the information presented is current as of the prior business day's close of business. Each page within the application includes an "as of " date so you can be certain.

Who do I call for help with SunTrust PortfolioView?

Your advisor will be happy to show you how to navigate and locate information on your accounts in SunTrust PortfolioView, as well as help resolve any issues that you encounter. SunTrust PortfolioView Customer Care is also available toll free at 877.422.3993.

How do I sign up for SunTrust PortfolioView?

Contact your advisor, who will provide you with the necessary forms to sign. Once signed authorizations are received, you should have access to SunTrust PortfolioView within 10 business days.

What is SunTrust PortfolioView?

SunTrust PortfolioView is a Web-based application that enables SunTrust clients to view asset holdings and detailed transaction information on their accounts maintained on SunTrust’s Trust Accounting system.

Can I input a trade or request a disbursement in SunTrust PortfolioView?

No. SunTrust PortfolioView is a view-only application. Please contact your advisor for assistance with trades or disbursements.
