1All credit cards are subject to credit approval. The SunTrust Business Credit Card is issued by SunTrust pursuant to a license from MasterCard. Once you become a Business Cardmember, we reserve the right to change your account terms should your credit profile change or for other reasons described in your Business Cardmember Agreement. Your Account has no pre-set spending limit. No pre-set spending limit does not mean unlimited spending. Your Account will be assigned a Revolving Credit Limit. We may restrict the amount of your Revolving Credit Limit that is available for Balance Transfers. For Cash Advances, you may only spend up to your assigned Cash Advance Revolving Credit Limit. For Purchases, you may be authorized to exceed your assigned Revolving Credit Limit. Each transaction you make is authorized based on factors such as (1) your Account history; (2) credit record; (3) absence or presence of suspected fraud; and (4) performance and delinquency patterns. If you attempt to make a Purchase transaction that exceeds your Revolving Credit Limit, your Account will be evaluated based upon the length of time your Account has been open and Account usage, performance and delinquency patterns with us or with your other creditors, and your ability to repay. In certain circumstances, we may ask for additional financial records to authorize a transaction. If you are authorized to exceed your Revolving Credit Limit, you will be required to pay, as part of your Minimum Payment, the amount by which your New Balance exceeds your Revolving Credit Limit. We encourage you to provide us with notice of forthcoming unusual activity, such as, high transaction amounts, high velocity, or changes in geographic patterns. If your Account is a joint Account, each of you may request Revolving Credit Limit increases. We may raise or lower your Revolving Credit Limit at our discretion. References in this statement to your "Credit Line" or "Credit Limit" mean your "Revolving Credit Limit".

3Earn Cash Back Rewards of 1% on new Qualifying Purchases. Qualifying Purchases means any new qualifying net retail purchase transactions (qualifying purchases less credits, returns and adjustments) charged to any SunTrust Business Credit Card (Card) each billing cycle. Each Qualifying Purchase will earn 3% Cash Back, of which 1% is the base rate and 2% is a bonus, on the first $500 spent during each billing cycle in the aggregate at participating gas stations and office supply retailers [Merchant Category classification (MCC) codes 5021, 5111, 5172, 5541, 5542, and 5543] and 1% in those categories thereafter. A Qualifying Purchase is determined to qualify for the additional bonus reward rate if the merchant assigns the appropriate MCC code to the transaction information received by SunTrust. SunTrust is not responsible for inaccurate reporting by participating merchants. Wholesale clubs and discount stores (MCC codes 5300, 5310) will earn 0.25%. All other MCC codes not specified will earn 1%. Balance transfers, cash advances, purchases of cash equivalents, fees, finance charges, fraudulent charges, unauthorized charges, and certain other charges are not Qualifying Purchases and do not qualify for Cash Back Rewards. There is no limit to the amount of Cash Back Rewards that may be earned or redeemed. Cash Back Rewards credits expire after 5 years. Cash Back Rewards credits are redeemable on demand in U.S. dollar increments of $25 with a minimum of $25 and a maximum of the lesser of either the total Cash Back Rewards credits available or the current account balance. Cash Back Rewards credits will be issued in the form of a statement credit that may be applied against the balance of the Card, but which may not be used to create a negative balance on the account. Cardholder to call 800.752.2515 to apply credit redemptions. Other significant terms apply. Program subject to change.
