It's important to report any suspicious, unauthorized or fraudulent activity on your SunTrust accounts (or others) as soon as possible.

In the event that you do find yourself a victim of fraud, we want to ensure things go smoothly—starting with reporting the incident. We’ve organized important SunTrust contact information so you know when and who to contact.

If you believe that you have fallen victim to identity theft, contact all three credit bureaus—EquifaxExperian and TransUnion. When you alert them to possible fraud, they can flag your files so that new accounts cannot be open in your name without your explicit permission.
