Drew Egan serves as the Director of Family Education. In this role, Drew is responsible for developing and delivering a variety of education programs that focus on preparing next generation family members for various roles and transitions that occur over a lifetime. He works one-on-one with family members and also participates in multi-generational family meetings on a broad array of topics such as finance education, family communication, and career development.
Prior to joining GenSpring, Drew spent eight years working in the workplace financial wellness industry where he designed and delivered financial wellness programs, including Truist’s Momentum onUp program, for organizations such as Overstock.com, 1-800 CONTACTS, Florida International University, Holiday Inn, and eBay.
Drew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Studies (Family Psychology) from Brigham Young University, and has been published on the effects of financial strain on marriage. In addition, Drew earned a Master of Business Administration from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
Drew’s passion centers on helping people achieve personal and financial greatness and he enjoys skiing, pottery, and relishing life with his wife and four sons.
