Can I make my payments at a SunTrust Bank branch?

Yes, you can make your payments at any SunTrust branch and you will receive credit for the payment as of the day it was received, but it will not be posted to your mortgage account until the day following the date of payment.

How do I get my monthly mortgage billing statement?

There are multiple options for obtaining your monthly billing statement. You can visit suntrust.com/mortgage and logon to your account. Click on "Statement" and then "Documents" to access a copy of your billing statement. You can also contact our Client Services Department at 800.634.7928, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., ET.

Can I set up an automatic payment each month for my mortgage payment?

Yes, you can have your payment deducted from your checking or savings account on the 1st through the 15th of each month using our free Recurring Payment (SurePaySM) Service. Visit our website at suntrust.com/mortgage to sign up.

How can I update my mailing address?

There are multiple options to update your mailing address. You can visit suntrust.com/mortgage and logon to your account. Click on" My Profile" and then select "My Contact Info" to make the necessary updates. You can also contact our Client Services Department at 800.634.7928, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., ET.

Where do I go if I have questions about my escrow payment?

You can visit suntrust.com/mortgage and logon to your account. Click on "My Loan" and then select "Escrow" to view your activity, or click on "Statement and Documents" to view your escrow statement. You can also contact our Client Services Department at 800.634.7928, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., ET.

Why did I receive a past due notice?
