  A.

The conversion process for wire templates will be as follows:

NetWork Banker for Web
All bank-defined and client-defined repetitive wire templates will be converted to Online Treasury Manager automatically. However, all bank-defined templates will be set up as client-defined templates at conversion. You may review copies of these templates in Online Treasury Manager as soon as you receive your IDs and Passwords. To request that these templates be set up as bank-defined templates and created in SunTrust's wire transfer system, simply list the repeat codes as requested on the Exhibit A, Online Treasury Manager Access Agreement.

NetWork Banker for Windows
All bank-defined repetitive wire templates will be converted to Online Treasury Manager automatically. However, all bank-defined templates will be set up as client- defined templates at conversion. You may review copies of these templates in Online Treasury Manager as soon as you receive your IDs and Passwords. To request that these templates be set up as bank-defined templates and created in SunTrust's wire transfer system, simply list the repeat codes as requested on Exhibit A. Because SunTrust does not have access to client-defined templates in the Windows version of NetWork Banker, you must recreate any client-defined templates that you would like to use in Online Treasury Manager.
