How does SwitchAgent™ work?

SwitchAgent is our online service that helps you switch your existing direct deposit and automatic payments to your new SunTrust account. To begin, gather your paystubs, invoices and statements for your existing preauthorized direct deposits and payments. Our simple online tool will use this information and create a personalized Switch Schedule—a timeline of when transactions will switch to your new account. From there, we’ll contact each company for you and switch over the transactions, including any instructions for companies that require additional action.
