|5/30/2015:||Lost, stolen or expiring cards will no longer be reissued. Any balance remaining will be sent via check.|
|6/26/2015:||Cards can no longer be reloaded at the branch, through MasterCard rePOWER or through direct deposit.|
|10/1/2015:||Cards can no longer be used.|
Actions You Need To Take:
- DIRECT DEPOSIT MOVE: It is very important that you contact your employer or the government agency providing your direct deposits immediately and make arrangements for those deposits to go to a different payment account. Please make sure you set up alternate funding arrangements by May 30, 2015 to avoid an interruption in accessing your direct deposit.
- CARD EXPIRATION: Is your card going to expire soon? Please use all the remaining funds on your card between now and its expiration date. Any remaining balance will be sent via check.
- BALANCE ON CARD: Do you have a balance on your card? Please use all the remaining funds on your card between now and October 1, 2015. Any remaining balance will be sent via check.
- OTHER PAYMENT SOLUTIONS: Visit your local SunTrust branch to discuss other product options that meet your direct deposit needs.
