How to Pay with Fitbit Pay

When your SunTrust Mastercard® credit or debit card is connected to Fitbit Pay™ *, all you have to do is hold your wrist near the card reader to pay. It’s simple, your transactions are protected, and you’ll still get the same perks you’d get by using your card.

Making a Payment

  1. When you’re ready to pay, press and hold the left button on your watch for 2 seconds. Swipe to the Payments screen if it's not shown.
  2. If prompted, enter your 4-digit watch PIN code. Select your SunTrust Mastercard® credit or debit card.
  3. To make a payment, hold your wrist near the payment terminal.
  4. When the payment succeeds, your watch vibrates and you’ll see a confirmation on the screen.
