About

Philip Millians is the Director of Client Service within the Foundations and Endowments Specialty Practice at SunTrust Bank. As the Director of Client Service, Philip is responsible for client service delivery within the Foundations and Endowments Specialty Practice. In this role, Philip manages a team of Client Managers who serve as key, strategic advisors to new and existing nonprofit relationships. His team provides deep nonprofit insight and expertise to clients in addition to overseeing the administration of accounts. Philip offers clients more than 30 years of experience within the financial services industry including the last 22 years working exclusively with nonprofit organizations. Philip has earned the professional designation of Certified Trust & Financial Advisor (CTFA) and is a graduate of the University of Georgia (AB-Economics) and the National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University.

Philip volunteers his time with many civic and community service organizations and presently serves on the board of Historic Oakland Foundation, the advisory board for the Shepherd Center and is a member of the Woodruff Arts Center Annual Campaign Committee. In addition, Philip is a member of the Georgia Planned Giving Council, Leadership Georgia and Peachtree Presbyterian Church. Philip currently serves as an Elder and Clerk of Session with Peachtree Presbyterian Church and is a past chairman on the Foundation's Committee for the Woodruff Arts Center Annual Campaign. Philip and his wife, Julie have two adult children.
