Supplier Registration

As a leader in the financial services industry, SunTrust endeavors to exhibit positive examples of leadership in the communities it serves. As part of its business growth strategy, SunTrust actively seeks to partner with qualified diverse businesses as suppliers and service providers that will enhance our corporate competitiveness and increase the economic advancement of our community.

SunTrust believes leading institutions achieve optimal performance by establishing diversity in its business practices—including developing relationships with high-quality diverse suppliers within its supply chain. These relationships have positive effects on the U.S. economy and are good for the bank’s overall business growth.

To increase the success and sustainability of a diverse supplier base, SunTrust's supplier diversity initiative includes policies, infrastructure, processes and procedures to promote diverse supplier inclusion—to the maximum extent possible—within our corporate supply chain activities. Therefore, in order to be considered for upcoming bid opportunities, we ask that all potential diverse-owned suppliers complete our registration process outlined below.

When a potential supplier registers, their company is added to SunTrust’s supplier database. The supplier database is used to identify potential suppliers who may be invited to participate in SunTrust sourcing and bid selection process. When a sourcing event is initiated that a specific diverse-owned company could potentially fit, their supplier registration will be given consideration for the current and/or future opportunity.

SunTrust Banks, Inc. is committed to meeting the needs of every segment of the communities it serves. Fostering inclusion in our procurement activities is a critical element of our supply chain strategy. SunTrust is committed to ensuring that qualified businesses owned by minorities, women, veterans and the disabled are included in our process for purchasing goods and services.

Additional Information

If your registration has not been accessed for a two (2) year period, (i.e. no updates or changes) it is subject to deletion.
