Detailed information is provided on client accounts, including current asset allocation, detailed holdings, bond maturity schedules, historical market values, and both historical and pending transaction information. You can sort virtually all of the data presented in the way you find most helpful so that you see only what you want to see.

What is SunTrust PortfolioView?

SunTrust PortfolioView is a Web-based application that enables SunTrust clients to view asset holdings and detailed transaction information on their accounts maintained on SunTrust’s Trust Accounting system.

Who do I call for help with SunTrust PortfolioView?

Your advisor will be happy to show you how to navigate and locate information on your accounts in SunTrust PortfolioView, as well as help resolve any issues that you encounter. SunTrust PortfolioView Customer Care is also available toll free at 877.422.3993.

What are the PC specifications required for SunTrust PortfolioView?

Will there be an extra charge for SunTrust PortfolioView?

No. We are pleased to provide SunTrust PortfolioView at no additional charge.

How current is the information in SunTrust PortfolioView?

Generally, the information presented is current as of the prior business day's close of business. Each page within the application includes an "as of " date so you can be certain.

Can I print or save data from SunTrust PortfolioView?

Yes. All information presented can be printed, saved or exported to a spreadsheet.

When is support available for SunTrust PortfolioView?

SunTrust PortfolioView Customer Care is available toll free at 877.422.3993, Monday-Friday 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST, Saturday-Sunday 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST.

Will SunTrust Customer Care answer questions specific to my account?

Your advisor is in the best position to answer your account-specific questions. SunTrust Customer Care will assist you with password resets and will also forward any additional requests to your advisor or other appropriate individuals.

How do I sign up for SunTrust PortfolioView?

Contact your advisor, who will provide you with the necessary forms to sign. Once signed authorizations are received, you should have access to SunTrust PortfolioView within 10 business days.

Can I input a trade or request a disbursement in SunTrust PortfolioView?

No. SunTrust PortfolioView is a view-only application. Please contact your advisor for assistance on methods through which trades or disbursements may by requested.
