No need to check in with us, we'll check in with you. Mobile Alerts give you key information, like low account balances. It's information when you need it most, so that you'll always know what's possible today and what might have to wait until tomorrow.

You can receive alerts for:

  • Daily balance
  • User ID, password or email address change
  • Low balance or high balance
  • Security question and answer change
  • Overdrawn account
  • Statement delivery method change

Debit and Credit Card Transaction Alerts:

Notifications are made via text or email.

  • Transaction Amount Alert — Notifies of any transaction above a designated amount
  • International Transaction Alert — Notifies of international transactions made with the card
  • Online or Phone Transaction Alert — Notifies of any Online or Phone transaction where the physical card is not present

Follow these steps to set up your alerts:
