Pay and Transfer in Online Banking allows you to transfer money quickly and securely between your SunTrust accounts. Transfer funds between eligible internal or external accounts, send money to friends and family or pay SunTrust bills securely through Online Banking.

SunTrust does not charge a fee for the use of SunTrust Mobile Banking. If you do not already have a data plan with your wireless service provider, normal data rates will apply for each device used.

A transaction fee of $3 may apply when transferring funds from your SunTrust account to an account at another financial institution using External Transfers standard service. Individual daily and monthly transfer limits will apply.

3Next-Day Transfer is a premium service offered to qualified External Transfer subscribers. A transaction fee of $6 may apply when transferring funds next day from your SunTrust account to another financial institution. Daily and monthly transfer limits apply and will be described within the External Transfers service.

4Must have a bank account in the U.S. to use Zelle. Transactions typically occur in minutes when the recipient’s email address or U.S. mobile number is already enrolled with Zelle. Enrollment required. Payments can arrive as quickly as minutes or may take up to three business days. Actual times may vary. Transaction limitations apply. In order to send payment requests or split payment requests to a U.S. mobile number, the mobile number must already be enrolled in Zelle.
