What do I need to enroll in Online Banking?

To enroll, you must have a SunTrust Checking, Savings, Money Market, Loan, Line of Credit or personal Credit Card account. If you do not have one of these products, click here to open an account online.

We take strong measures to ensure your information is secure and confidential. To verify your identity, you may be asked to provide the following information:

  • SunTrust Account Number
  • Your Social Security Number
  • SunTrust Check Card Number & PIN

If you received an email from SunTrust with a Security Access Code, you have already signed up for Online Banking. To complete the enrollment process, follow the simple instructions in the email or call us and we will resend it to you. If you did not receive a Security Access Code via email or mail from SunTrust, continue with one of the enrollment methods listed below.
